Justme, I agree. Personally I paid out over $700.00 last year in parking tickets for my college age children. I had to, I did not want them to lose their license or have their cars impounded. That $700.00 could have been spent in Riverside businesses where the city gets a share in the sales tax revenue. If all of this oppressive ticketing was a plan for residents to Shop Riverside, it doesn’t work.
